Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.
- No Returns We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

- Replacement Policy (Damaged Items Only) Replacement will be provided only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

An unboxing video is mandatory The video must clearly show: The sealed package before opening The entire unboxing process in one continuous recording The damaged product clearly visible The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery Order ID must be provided Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered under any circumstances.
- Replacement Process If the claim is approved:
A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost. No monetary refund will be issued. If the same product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered at our discretion.
